This policy applies to all of our ticketed events.

Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS. You may sell or exchange your ticket if you provide the new name at least 24 hours before the event. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will be given a credit to a future Water Temple event.

Ticket Transfer: If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another individual. You must provide the name and contact details of the new attendee at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event. Please contact us at info@watertemple.co to process the ticket transfer.

Credit for Future Event: If you need to cancel your attendance, you may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the event’s scheduled start time. In such cases, we will offer you a credit that can be used for future Water Temple events. Please contact us at info@watertemple.co to arrange for a credit.

Cancellation by Water Temple LLC

Event Cancellation: Water Temple LLC reserves the right to cancel any event due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances that would make it unviable.

Refunds and Credits: If Water Temple LLC cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund or a credit for a future event. The choice of a refund or a credit will be at the discretion of the attendee.

Registrants will be notified via email to the address registered with us at the time of ticket purchase. Please ensure your contact information is up to date and check your email including spam folder, prior to the event for any updates or changes.
